The session fee is €200 and covers up to 90 min on location photo session, editing and creating proofing gallery.
Session fee is redeemable on digital images orders.
​Your first payment is a non refundable session fee of €200 due at the time of booking to secure your date. ​
Photos and products to be paid upon order.

Gift Vouchers are available for purchase and are valid for 5 years.
​
You can pay via Card, Bank Transfer or Cash.​
​
If you need to reschedule due to an emergency or illness, you must reschedule your session within 3 days of the originally booked date, to avoid loss of session fee.
​
In case of bad weather on the day, the session will be relocated to the client’s home or rescheduled to the next day that suits both Camila Lee Photography and the client.​

The photo session's intention is to capture natural moments and interactions of your family members and it depends fully on your child’s or children’s mood/behaviour. Posed portraits can be taken if the client wishes.

Photo editing/retouch is natural and does not include removing items from the image or changing features, colour or shapes. Any request will be discussed and quoted separately.

Within 10 days after your photo session Camila Lee Photography will schedule a call where you will be given access to your proofing gallery, to view, select your favourite photos and products and place your order. There will be a €100 fee (redeemable on the next order) if the client wishes to reactivate the gallery to place a second order.

The client agrees to and acknowledges the style of photography performed by Camila Lee Photography. No refunds shall be made for the services and the goods provided based on the clients dissatisfaction with such style of photography. The client acknowledge and agrees that the style of photography provided hereunder is artistic, candid, and documentary with minimal posed portraits.

There are no returns or refunds on services provided hereunder or on any albums or products provided hereunder.

Any and all problems in the photography prints, digitals or other products provided by Camila Lee Photography shall be communicated within one (1) week of client’s receipt of same, failing which client shall be barred from making any claim for such problems.

Upon delivery of digital images, the client is responsible for their digital photographs, Camila Lee Photography will keep a back-up for 60 days from the delivery date. It is recommended to make an initial back-up copy, and one more every 3 years.

Unedited images are the property of Camila Lee Photography and will not be released.

Both Camila Lee Photography and the CLIENT shall have the rights of all images.

Camila Lee Photography shall not be liable for its delay in performing or failure to perform as a result of any circumstances, events, or contingencies beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to: acts of nature, equipment or machinery breakdown, stolen equipment, accidents, delay or inability to obtain supplies, labor, raw materials, energy, transportation, poor health or disability.

In case of any unexpected event Camila Lee Photography shall reschedule a replacement photo session as soon as possible and within 30 days.
Album Design/ Photo Prints/ Wall Art:
Initial album designs may take up to 1 week to complete after the CLIENT has provided Camila Lee Photography with the selected images. Not more than 1 week after receipt of initial album design, CLIENT shall discuss with Camila Lee Photography any design changes. Each design change will take up to 1 week to complete.​​​
Albums, wall art and photo prints may take up to 3 weeks to be produced and ready for delivery.
