Christening at St Columba's Church

Updated: Nov 10, 2022

Wow, it's been over a year since my last post here, I was still pregnant!

Time really does fly when you have a baby, where did my maternity leave go?

I hope that now that Erin is becoming a little bit more independent I will have more time to come here and share some of my latest photo sessions :) Fingers crossed!

This Christening was really, really nice to photograph, such a nice and beautiful family!

They live abroad but were back in Ireland to have their baby girl Christened and celebrate with their family (very important to mention, this event happened before COVID19).

I went to meet them in their home and photograph a little bit of the preparations then we walked to the church afterwards.

It was a beautiful sunny day and everyone looked stunning!!

St Columba's Church in Drumcondra was also beautiful!

Baby Edie was very good during the ceremony, she is just absolutely gorgeous with those big blue eyes and her cute little dress and headband (that she kept on all the way!).

After the ceremony we got some shots with parents, grandparents and godparents.

Then I had to run home cause my baby was due a feed :)

And these are some of my favourite photos!

Are you planning your little one's Christening? I would be delighted to make the memories of their special day for you :) I travel to anywhere in Dublin, Meath, Louth, Kildare and Wicklow.

If you would like to learn more about my sessions, I wrote this blog post explaining a little bit of the process 😊

Or send me a message, I'd love to chat!

Have a lovely day,

Camila
